my 02 honda accord 2 door power steering pump reservoir leaks. its wet at the bottem of reservoir and when car is off it emptys untill it gets to the last part where you connet the hose. the olny part where there is luiquid is under the reservoir. i have to fill it every time i start and turn off the car all the way to one of the two lines. what could it be and how much will it cost to fix. is it easy enough to fix my self?
