Front HO2S Heater Circuit Fault (Sensor 1)

Is that what the code means. And what does that mean?

Usually a bad primary o2 sensor heater, but it can be caused by a wiring problem also.

Disconnect the o2 sensor and check the resistance between the two black wires. It should measure 10-40 ohms.
