Default New Exhaust...

I'm off to buy a Falken exhaust from a 1994 accord which will fit up to my 1996 sedan correct? Will i have to weld it on or is it a blot pattern? I have never replaced an exhaust on a Honda, only muscle cars. Is it easy to do? Some instructions would be nice! Thanks

Do you have a link to the exhaust you are planning to buy?

most aftermarket production exhaust systems are bolt-on affairs. Generally you will only have to weld if you are building a custom exhaust with separate piping and muffler.

as for instructions, it's about as straight forward as you get. If you've done exhaust work on other cars this shouldn't be a problem for you.

having help around never hurts but you shouldn't have a problem doing it yourself either.

quick note, be prepared for the nuts that connect the exhaust pipe to the cat to be rusted. Spray with PB blaster, if they round go to Sears and get a bolt out set to remove the nut, they have reverse splines that dig into the outside of the nut and turn it off. Would need to replace the nut of course if you had to do that.
