I'm new, so bear with me as I ask some stupid questions. I have a 1992 Accord EX 4dr. He's in remarkable condition and runs superb, but I'd like to get him up to par with todays sportier cars. I am looking at upgrading him with new headers, cat-back exhaust, cold air intank, and lowering him maybe an inch or two. But I am weary of getting parts that I'm not sure about. I've found intanks, but one says it's for non ABS, and I have ABS. Others do not mention this. Does that mean it doesn't really matter? Also when it comes to lowering him, I just don't want to slap in springs and take off down the road. If I get lowered springs do I need to do anything else? Please help. My email is michaelrlloyd@hotmail.com, if you want to talk more personally.

I have a 97 Accord which is the same car just newer. I have the Tokico HP suspension set on mine. I really love this set and the price is good as well, it rides like stock but makes the car handle much bettter.

(mine is the one with the blus struts)

When it comes to intakes I would reccommend just putting a drop in K&N filter in there and taking the silencer box out that is behind the bumper under the factory airbox. I did this and ran an 11.0 in the 1/8 mile then put an AEM short ram intake on the car (which is supposed to be one of the best) and ran an 11.2.

When it comes to the headers and exhaust I wouldnt know because I do not have them yet. Hope this helps.
