Wait long enough, you get a different opinion.
IF the Neuspeed Race Springs (yellow) DO NOT drop the suspension, accordisslow's post is correct.
IF, on the other hand, they do drop the suspension, you WILL need a camber kit to bring the suspension back to spec.
There is not a more retarded, asinine thing than driving a car with it's wheels tilted. Not only does it look broke, it is. The tires will wear like erasers and the suspension will get squirrely

Wheel tilts look hot they look like one of rally trucks! mad performance points!! (just kidding)
You dont know how many people i seen with wheel tilt it is sad and after three months their tires go bald are they the Sport springs? (if so then you wont need it)
Sport Springs - 1.75F / 1.5R
PN :. 55.20.12
You wont need the kit
Race Springs - 2.2F / 2.0R
PN :. 55.20.54
You probably will need it check them out first
SofSport Springs - 0.75F / 0.75R
PN :. 55.20.55
You wont need them
colors varie on the year and engine of the car
On my accord i had the the Sport springs and they were black so you can even send an email to neuspeed and ask them
if would probably be the fastest way to find out tell them what you got dont tell them if you bought it on ebay tho lol if u did

Camber is the wheel tilt, measured in degrees, from true vertical when viewed from the front or rear. If the wheel is vertical with no tilt, the camber is zero. Positive (+) camber is when the tire top tilts out. Negative (–) camber occurs when the top of the tire tilts inward. Excessive positive camber wears the outside tire edge; too much negative camber wears the inside edge
