Default Need help quick, no brakes!!

Hey new here but i had a problem with my accord its a 96 LX and i changed the rear to disc brakes using a ex rear, i seen some people change the proportioning valve but i didn’t change mine. I bled the brakes and it was solid when the car was off, when the car starts and i try to brake it goes limp and all the way to the floor. I replaced the master and booster thinking it was that but when i bled the system again (brake pedal felt much stronger then before when the car was off) and turned on the car it did the same thing!!

is it my proportioning valve? do i need to change it, and when i was trying to take off the lines to the valve one stripped even though i was using flared wrenches so im going to have to replace that line

my issue is i need the car up tomorrow by 6:30pm and i don’t want to take off lines on a whole another accord at the junkyard then also have to still get a proportioning valve from a prelude

and i’ve seen people use a prelude proportioning valve but can i just use a ex accord valve?

and when everything was together i tried to block the vacuum hose to the booster and drive like that but the brakes didn’t stop the car
