Might buy 95 Accord LX Coupe, Have Questions
Like the topic says, I am looking at a 1995 Honda Accord LX Coupe. It has...
5 Speed
A/C
Cruise
185 000kms (115 000miles)
$5000 CDN ($4100 USD)
I test drove it earlier today, car felt rock solid and everything felt right (except the brakes, but they are getting replaced, rotors and pads). No rust on the car, except for one tiny spot.
Just wondering what I should look out for on the car, any problem areas, etc.
Thank you!

sounds alright to me, not a steal deal tho, check the axles, history from the VIN, and just check all the small and little tihings, i'm looking for the same car you're looking for, good luck with your car.

Most important is probably the owner and theyre maintenance records/receipts. Then I ALWAYS check the molding for signs of re-painting. Then ask if its been repainted. If they say no, and you see over spray .. they are a lying sac of ----. Also look for wet spots on the motor (leaking oil). Interior should be the LAST thing on your mind, but if they were a non smoker thats definitly a plus. Non-smokers are usually much cleaner people. I got friends that think the cup holder and entire center counsol is a giant ashe tray .. haha
