My low beams do not work but the high beams do, plus the turn signals are inopperative when lights are on. Actually one (right side) stays solid and the others blinks really fast. Signals act properly when lights are not on. I have an error code 20, ELD. I was thinking either burnt bulbs or headlight relay. HELP PLEASE

 

Have you checked your fuses yet? Also, you tend to get 'hyperblinkers' when a bulb is burnt out.
