electrical help!
I have a 94 integra and the bulb on the right side corner light does not light up. It is the little 168 bulb on the side of the corner, not the bigger 1157.
When I turn on the parking lights, both bulbs on the left side light up (1157 and 168), but on the right only 1 lights up(the 1157). I checked the bulb and it is good, so I measured the voltage. On the working side, the voltage on the 168 bulb measured 12.46V with the parking lights on, and the right side that doesn't turn on, it measured 9.xxV.
I pullled out the turn signal flasher relay and all that did was disable my signals and the bigger 1157 bulbs, The voltage for the parking lights were the same,on the left 12.46V(bulb lights up), on the right and 9.xxV(doesnt work).
Anyone have any suggestions or ideas on why the voltage is different or what else I can check?
If this confuses anyone let me know what I can clear up.

Re: electrical help! (bmxer)
My guess is you have a poor connection or broken wire. Your voltmeter is high inpeadence, which means it doesn't draw much (if any) current. The 9 volts or so you are reading is just what gets through the poor connection under minimal load and can't deliver enough current to light a lamp.

On the wiring diagram that I have for the parking lights, it says that there is a relay for the parking light and a relay for the left side parking light, there is also a relay for the hazard/turn signal. It says that they are all located at the under dash fuse/relay box. I only see 2 relays under there, one is the turn/hazard and I am assuming that the other one is for the right and left parking lights. Does anyone have any pics of the ICU for the DC2?
