Default Honda Accord 1997 oil filled in cylinder after changing head gasket

I have a Honda Accord 1997 wagon Manual Transmission 2.2 L w/ 113,000 Miles. I just changed the head gasket drove it 5 minutes, filled it up with gas, and it just **** out on me right after getting gas. There is oil in the 2nd Cylinder .I havent been able to start it since this day. I did clean off the valve cover and removed as much from the Cylinder as possible, I turned it over a couple times with the spark plugf removed to allow air flow and I put a brand new spark plug in the cylinder. Still wont start. Is it really the bottom o rings or what is the exact problem and solution? Is it worth fixing and if so how much money and time? Please i need answers.
