Default help needed

my car (91 honda accord) is acting up and im hoping you guys can help.

when i start the car it starts fine but the lock cylinder seems to "lock" up and its real hard to turn the car off

secondly whenever i push the clutch in it sounds like the starter is winding up and sometimes makes a awful sound kinda like when you go to start your car when its already running...

third the brake light is on like the e brake is activated

and none of my heater controls or defrost controls work

can anyone help...it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. i had it lowered like a week ago if that makes any difference.

1) Make sure you are pushing the key in before you turn it back. Possible ignition switch going bad or you need a new key.

2) If it makes the sound when you engage the clutch, it sounds like possibly the release bearing is going bad.

3) If the brake light is on but the e-brake isn't engaged, that means that your brake master cylinder resevoir is low on brake fluid.

4) Check your fuses

good luck,

AJ
