Default Help! J30 v6 to j35 v6 throwing a p0386 code

I have a 2000 Honda Accord v6 that was an automatic 5 speed. I swapped out the engine to a j35 v6 Acura 6 speed manual. 03 Acura CL Type-S engine wiring harness and true 6 speed manual ECU . Accord dash harness repinned and wired into Acura ECU. I keep getting a p0386 code (crankshaft positioning sensor range/ performance). Even after switching out all crankshaft positioning sensors , new battery and alternator. Someone please help me. My car needs to be smogged soon and I need to get this figured out.

I'm no expert. Maybe you need to use the J32A2 crank sensor instead of the J35A3/A4 crank sensor?
