Hay folks,
On my 1991 Honda Accord LX 2dr Coupe the second engine cooling fan (the one towards the passanger side) that comes on when you use the air conditioning, the electric motor comes on, but the fan blades do not turn.

I have checked and the blades turn freely. They are not stuck or jammed.

Is this something that can be fixed? Or did something (like a plastic part) that connects the blades to the motor just decide to break and now I have to buy a whole new fan assembly?
