Default Head Shield On Header

Hey, I was wondering if you guess could tell me if I would be able to put a Prelude Heat Shield on with my DC Sports Headers??

I have A Hybrid Accord.

well.it got hot within the engine bay area.
I wrapped mine and problem solved
the bad thing about it is that you can void the
waranty of the header, rust...
heat shield is a good way to avoid the ticket from poo poo

Oh yeah, California... It doesn't get as hot here, and cops don't seem so repressive either.

1)it save your butt from getting a ticket..
2)to block off the heat :hammersom header do give
out alot of heat, which is bad for your car)
3)welding a heat shield to the stock bracket is cheaper
than getting a header wraps.
4)header wraps void waranty.
5)heat shield wont trap moisture as much as header warp
moisture=rust

heat shield + header wrap =

header wrap to keep the heat in the exhaust stream, heat shield to block the heat that does come off the header from the rest of the engine bay.

I think what he is saying is that the cops are too dumb to know about CARB #s and that they will just write you a ticket to meet their quota, and you have to waste your time going to court to show the judge your CARB #, when it's easier to just not get the ticket in the first place.

Yo rebeleadeR..
try to have the guy make you a custom bracket that you can screw
the heat shield to the stock braket.
dont weld it straight to the header(lol)
or on the stock bracket.
