Default fault code 65

I recently had a radio problem(no pwr) so I disconnected my neg term to my batt to troubleshoot. I found both fuses in engine bay for radio to be blown. I changed them hooked my battery back up and the check engine light was on when I started the car. Could this just be from changing the fuses or something else more serious

Code 65 is the heater circuit for the 2nd O2 sensor. I don't know whether it shares a fuse with the radio, but otherwise it shouldn't be related.
