f23 valve springs and retainers?
I waas thinking a buddy of mine started to build his crx and he used a6 valve springs and retainers and cam in his sohc non vtec b7. I ewas wondering if you could dol the same thing with the accord? are the f23 valve springs thicker and would the retainers and cam make a increase in hp? i searched and coudlnt find anything.

i'm only speculating, but i don't think there would be any notable difference in performance between two sets of OE springs/retainers for the F-series. if the cam fit you might see a quicker rise in low lift, low rpm torque... maybe..

you're asking if springs retainers and cam from an F23 would increase power in... in what? i've read that the springs and retainers interchange with F22 VTEC, but i don't think the cam does.
