The P12 ECU is not programmable.

As far as learning goes, the short term fuel trim, long term fuel trim and ignition are the only things that are learned/changed. That being said, there is a startup procedure for installing a new ECU and setting base idle and ignition.

What year Accord is this setup in?

Is your check engine light on?

My check engine is on for rich fuel mix, and upstream sensor delete. It is a 93 accord. .i did make my tps adjustable. I gave it a sensor tune up..new iac. Cam sensor. I am running just sinle cam wiring, no IAB.idle was smoother with old comp. Motor usually gets great power, especially with 4 21 header. No she is real boggy. Bout to try more calibration. Thanks for info already sent, really appreciate. Also doing a da/db integra turbo set up.. stay tuned. Thanx

Update. Sitting here thinking. I begin to comprehend issue. When i put that motor in car, i used the upstream sensor in a dc header. I changed the header to a flow header, but the old computer p12 learned motor. New computer didnt have oxygen sensor to trim fuel. Thats what im thinking

If you are saying that you are currently running your car without an upstream O2 sensor, yes that could cause an issue! Really depends on what ECU you are running. In the absence of the upstream O2 the computer would base the fuel and ignition off maps based on TPS and engine RPM.

What computer are you using now, if not a P12?

The old computer (P12) would not learn without an upstream ECU ether. I think you may have been lucky in that the P12 had VE tables for TPS vs RPM that were closer than your new computer.
