Exhaust noise.
I just got my Apexi N1 muffler put on with 2.5 inch piping from the catylitic converter back (single exhaust conversion). When reved in park all the way to rev limiter, its loud and deep. When Idling its deep. When I drive its loud/deep under 3K RPMS, but when it goes past 3k-ish or I WOT it gets really quite. Why does it do that?
BTW: Car is a 2002 accord v6 sedan.

I was asking if you were missing a word there. There could have been 2 million words you could have used.
Quite loud, obnoxious, annoying, high pitched.. see where i'm going...
