2002 Honda Accord EX 2.3L engine.

Google tells me the problem is the Electronic Load Detector. I cannot find a compatible parts on any websites. There are lots of instruction vids, but they are for different Honda models and/or different years. Am I looking for the wrong thing? Is P1298 even about an Electronic Load Detector?

 

It is. The little black module with a rectangular hole in it that you've seen in all those videos. Available at Honda or a number of auto parts stores.
