I bought used car from America Honda Accord 2010 .
But I have problem in the secret code
There is no secret code card or booklet I did not find anything

google for the Honda unlock code website.
Follow the instructions carefully.
If it doesn't work because you are not the first owner,
you will have to trot back to Honda and plea for the code with $100 in your pocket. Which is almost the price of a new system.

Perhaps the code is written somewhere in the car. My dealer told me (I can't remember now) that they write the code on the back of the fuse box cover, or something like that. This is done for the exact reason you are describing.

You just reminded me that I need to look for it so I know where it is on mine.

Turn the ignition on, turn the power to the radio off. Hold radio station buttons 1 and 6, then turn the radio power on, while still holding the buttons. A 4 digit code will show up for 3 seconds, copy the numbers down, then a different 4 digit code will pop up for 3 seconds, copy those numbers down. You then need to take that 8-digit serial number into a Honda dealership, prove your identity and ownership of the vehicle and they can look up the radio code. The navigation code requires you to go the the dealership to retrieve the serial number, since a technician needs to push a sequence of navi buttons to convert to a diagnostic mode and copy the navi serial number down to process the code through the Honda EBIZ system.

This will only work on 2001+ Hondas. If you have entered a code more than 3 times, you will get a "ERROR" or "Code Err" displayed. You will need to pull the ground cable off the battery and let the memory drain (about 15-20 minutes) and then restart the procedure. HTH
