Re: Engine Shakes
Start with the basics, as you already have, you say the motor mounts are new, so let's just say that's not the problem. When was the last time your vehicle had a tune up? partially fouled plugs can work properly under normal conditions, but the extra load your alternator places on the engine could cause spurattic misfires. This could result in the engine shaking. Then you can start diving more into that line of though, check the resistance of the plug wire, I believe about 10k ohms per foot should be an ok general spec. And check the points on the cap. Then verify that your engine stays within idle speed specifications when a load is placed on the engine. Let's see where that gets you and go from there.

Re: Engine Shakes
Either your headlight are using alot of juice, battery is going bad, or your Alternator is not charging the system well. Seem like it's putting a good load on the battery which cause the RPM drop or bad connections somewhere.
