'02 4cyl accord, garaged , everything under the hood is rusted, engine every bolt, clamp ,etc,, my 98 camry sits outside and has no rust under the hood Is this an electrolysis thing or what

 

i have a 2008 civic in the same boat. Im intrigued to see anybody's other oinion..my other two cars are spotless..

 

No. it's the moisture and humidity of your garage, that's what's making the rust worse. If you have a good grounding kit with a magnetic charge, or hooked up to a trickle charger for your battery, you'd stave off rust more.
