Default ECU Performance Upgrade Questions

I found this "Surge Performance Upgrade" that plugs right into your ECU. Says Plug -n- Play. I wasnt sure if it was the REAL DEAL or not. Here is the link http://www.autodirectsave.com/...17558 . * I gave them a call because 35 HP gain at the wheels sounds like way to much BS. He said on a 4cyl i should expect 8-15whp gain. Do you think its worth the $90.00 ???

"The ECU then adjusts your air/fuel and timing advance curves to new performance settings"

Its just like one of those $10 eBay specials that will just screw around with air/fuel, but will actually make things worse. Claims are just that, claims, and without proof, they are worthless.

Then again, I could be wrong and It will help, but I highly doubt it will do anything but make you wish you still had that $90 in your hands.

Default No

it will just advance your timing . "Add up to 35 Horse Power" that is BS but if your timing is way off maybe it will adjust enough for you to gain HP.

hey this is sean this product is bullcrap. don't buy that POS. all it does is reduce the voltage your IAT sensor sends to the ECU, making the ECU think it is getting colder air than it really is. it's not safe nor will it EVER give you 9 HP. +35HP is a complete joke. save your money.
