Default ECU code...nothing?

I was getting a code 15 before my ignition coil died and, I installed a new distributor but, the ECU was still giving me a code 15 but, I reset the ECU and now it's just stays on when I short the service connector..

If the CEL light stays lit while the service check connector is jumped then you have no stored codes. Your Code 15 has been cleared.
