Default ecu code 41

Primary Oxygen Sensor Heater Malfunction
thats the code, how do i fix it, changing the o2 sensor would not work and the ecu was changed same problem. my airfuel guage from summit is hooked up to the o2 line ---help

That's just the heater circuit, not the sensor itself. So you've already changed the sensor (heater element is built-in). There should be a fuse somewhere, otherwise you gotta chase down some broken wiring somewhere. Check to see if the heater wires get 12v power, & go on from there. Did you break the heater circuit when you wired in your A/F gauge?

but how i fix it, run a new wire, where would the fuse be located if there is one. im not sure which wire it is

If you find where you cut the wrong wire, then just splice it together. I don't know what year Accord you have, so I don't know which fuse. Maybe its listed on the fusebox lid?
