Distributor Cap????
Ok well everytime i end up at a stop light, or when im parked my car acts funny.
My idle is fine, its just feels that if it was bout to die on me. I look under the hood, and inspect my firing, injectors if something was wrong, and turned out fine. So i remove the distributor cap to see if my rotor went bad. It was good and i looked inside the cap i had bunch of buildup i dont know what its called so what i do is scrap it off. So my car ran fine after a while, until a week later i looked at the same spot.
I noticed their wasn't that much buildup but when really close i saw a crack on the cap. I bearly noticed when my dad came out to see what i was doing, and asked me is that suppose be their, pointing at the crack.
Can the crack on the cap cause this problem?

A crack in the cap can let moisture in and cause problems, yes. Just replace the cap.
What is your car is doing exactly when you come to a stop or parked?

Like the whole engine shakes, the feeling that its goin to quit on me. As if no gas was going through or like one of the sparks plugs won't working. But I checked my injectors and my plugs. I have replaced my cables just a thought that could of been the problem. This only happens when I'm not moving, evrything is great but the cap never thought of that cuz can't the see the crack on the outside.
To find out if you have a cylinder dropping out, remove the plug wires from the dist cap one at a time and find one that makes no difference when the plug wire is removed, beyond that I'd say replace the dist cap and then go for a throttle body clean and blast out the IACV with Berrymans B-12; scrub out the ring of crud around the throttle plate;

Had that problem last week on my girls Teg. The teg refused to start, when I looked, I saw there was a crack in the distributer cap. Replaced if $15 later, the car was running like nothing happened.
