1993 is OBD1 however it does not have an OBD port for plugging in a scan tool. You need to use the old paperclip/self diagnosis method using the flashing check engine light to read the codes. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1901557
Is that an Innova CarScan 31403 or 31703? How much did you pay? Great little tools!
If I hadn't bought my Innova OBD2 scan tool. I probably would have picked one of these up. I don't have any OBD1 cars and a paperclip is cheaper than having to buy another scan tool.

Its a 31703. I bought it at a pawn shop. I offered the guy $100. out the door and he accepted my offer. I think I got a pretty good deal on it.
