Clutch Goin out?

Clutch Goin out?
I was driving my mom's honda accord and noticed if i gave it half throttle it would grab all the gears...but if i gave it full throttle it wouldnt grab 3....4...5...i was wondering if its just the clutch goin out???....

Going on 4th gear and floor it. If the rpm rises but the car doesn't move or move slowly then yeah.

is it manual if so you could put it into 3rd with the parking break up and reved it up to about 4000 and let the clutch out at a normal pace not to fast but not to slow.. and if the rpms dont drop quick as soon as the clutch is out then its prolly slipping.... its not exact but i does work
