Default CEL problem

ok, like many people kno, i've had a CEL on for awhile, and i checked the code recently, it was 67... i checked the catalytic converter, I removed it, looked fine, it was white inside of it and pretty clear, could see thru it still, no clunk or debris in it when i took it off... is this just cuz of the dime size crack i have on the header? header part that is near the heat shield, is where the small crack is, pretty scrathed up, but i kno u can repair it i heard. friend jumped a curve a year ago pretty badly, couldnt drive, cuz i was drunk, she is just a bad driver. got a new header im about to install. i have bad gas mileage cuz the o2 sensor must be reading the extra air that must be going thru the exhaust manifold, thus, running rich. o2 sensor was replaced recently on the header, and the cat. and why is the ABS light blinking when i performed the CEL procedure, i believe 9 flashes, 8 long, 1 real fast one at the end, this is for the ABS light, NOT the CEL...

question is, can 67 be explained by the crack on the header? and why is the ABS light blinking when doing this service connector check. one more thing, i passed emission guys last week, with this CEL problem. i have a 98 accord I4.

Maybe, fix it first.

and why is the ABS light blinking when doing this service connector check.
The ABS control unit has a code stored. Code 81 indicates a bad ABS control unit. Try clearing the code and see if it comes back.

thxs bro, will do... but in more detail, when u mean a bad unit, u mean, the actual ABS system or the unit which controls the light? cuz if its the actual system, that is not a good thing LOL
