Default Auto > manual question?

hey every1 my friend said he saw on video that he got from super autobacs.. and he was telling me that pplto like do auto > manual conversions becuase the gears are already preset... or something like that.... it makes it faster than a normal manual does this make any sense? or does any1 know what hes talking about thnx

I'm not quite sure what you're asking but in general, a manual tranny will accelerate quicker than an automatic due to the fact that it can rev higher between shifts and it has 5spds rather than 4 like in most automatics.

no sense at all.

an auto converted to manual will be the same as a normal manual.

trust me ive done the conversion.

i think your friend misunderstood that a manual tranny on and engine in a car is faster than a auto tranny in the same engine and car.

I assume your refering to mUrked179 post, you can't delete someone elses post, a mod has to.

If your refering to one of your posts, I don't think you can delete it but you can edit it.
