Default Accord swap?

I'm looking at swapping a motor in my 2000 accord. I'm just wondering which route I should go for performance and reliability. My choices are a g23vtec build (professional) or the f20b with lsd trans. I like the uniqueness of the g23 just don't know how reliable they are. Both would be all motor builds

F22A head on your F23A block. Cam, turbo, tune, h23a intake manifold with the secondaries eliminated, balance shaft elimination kit.
NEVER swap when your stock motor turbo'd can easily exceed your power goals. Shops are routinely getting 600hp out of D series engines. Your single cam F has more potential than nearly any other Honda engine.
