in my 94 accord ex the ABS light has been on lately...the owners manual says to have it checked out and that the light means the ABS wont work but the normal brakes still do

my question is how much do you think itll cost to have the ABS fixed?

my light came on on my 92 and it was caused by low fluid.
topped it up and everythings all good.
just dont know what caused the low fluid

 

bleed your abs. It worked for me.

It depends on what is wrong. But yes as long as your ABS light is on your ABS becomes deactive. Check your fluid first that is most likely it

 

how would i go about checking my fluid? i know this might sound dumb, but im not exactly car smart

Ok you are checking your brake fluid. If you reservoir(s) are low just add some brake fluid
