Icon4 98 Honda Accord 2.3L Vtech

Hi my name is Kyle; I have a 98 accord giving me some tranny issues along with about 14 codes it threw at me.
So when I got this car about 3 years ago it ran great for about 6 months. Then it started giving me issues shifting between 1>2 and 2<1 all other ranges are doing fine.
the issue I'm having is that I will be in 1st and when tranny is in mid shift it releases like I'm in neutral. then if I hold my rpms around 3500-4000 it will finally shift and be fine until I come to a stop and it will stay in d4.
Now after driving for around 45 mins straight and I come to a stop it will stay in 4th then when I go to take off I can floor the pedal and rpms will not go over 2000 it will try then bog down like it acts with a clogged catalytic converter.
Below are all the codes I pulled I'm hoping someone can have some helpful tips

p0705
p0706
p0730
p0155
p0700
p0301
p0303
p1399
p0135
p0300
Thanks to all in advance

On a 2.3 four cylinder this is not applicable. This would be the same code as above on the second bank. Do you have a 4 cylinder or a V6?

*p1399*
Random misfire codes. Verify ignition components are not worn, spark plugs are properly gapped, spark plug wells are not full of oil, EGR port is not partially clogged, and the valves(exhaust usually are too tight) are properly adjusted.

Did you mean 1705 and 1706? No such code as 705 or 706.
P0730- Shift control system.
P1705- Transmission range switch(short to ground)
P1706- Transmission range switch(open).
Ignore the 730 code until you have fixed 1705/1706 codes first.
Check the wiring to the transmission range switch on the right side cover. Check the switch itself for damage. Verify the switch is properly adjusted, trans is in Park, switch is in the Park position, Reverse - Reverse, and so on.

What was the last thing done to the car, maintenance/damage/potholes/etc.
Check the wiring harness underhood has not been damaged.

as far as work done about 3 years ago timing belt and water pump were done and I did plugs, wires, cap and had valves adjusted about 1.5 years ago and from what your saying I'm wondering now if they were adjusted correctly
