96 Accord LX - Fans not spinning
So once again my fans aren't spinning, after replacing the head due to this I also replaced all sensors pertaining to the cooling system. Thermo, both sensors on each thermostat housing, and another sensor on the head as well. Now when you press both of the wires of the fans together the fan will turn on, so I know it shouldn't be the fan or the wiring. The fuse looks like in good condition and I even replaced the ECU, this is mainly because when I took it into a shop to get it looked at I was told that the ECU was on it's way out.
And I thought it to be true because when I was taking out the garbage one night after leaving the car untouched for more than half a day the fans were spinning, which killed my battery the following morning. I also picked up new thermostat as well while I was replacing the head.
So after replacing every sensor, thermostat, fuse and the ECU I'm at a total loss. Would anyone know why my fans aren't turning on when their supose to?

Have you tested the rad fan timer under the dash or the relays under the hood? Don't just replace these parts, test them.
It is much easier and cheaper to troubleshoot electrical items using a multimeter than it is to randomly replace parts.
