have any of the mechanics bothered to check ur fuel pump/tank?

it sounds like something is floating around and getting sucked up and once the engine dies it floats to the bottom.
might wanna also check the main relay if its not starting up after it dies.

OMG!!!! ok, just got new fuel pump in a little while ago and NOTHING!!!! this thing is driving me crazy. so, in last year we have"New Motor, rebuilt tranny, 2 new main relays, new fuel pump, new starter, new ignitor, new distributor cap and a new computer and yet my car is dead!!!! it shut down on the way home the other day and everyone agreed it was fuel pump but it wasnt. COULD THIS CAR REALLY BE THE DEVILS WORK? WE ARE THINKING YES!

If the D4, Check Engine, ABS or any light is flashing there is a code stored.
Underneath/behind the glove box are a pair of blue connectors with wires attached. The one with TWO wires is the one you want. Using a piece of wire jumper the two wire connector. Turn the car to ON and as Mishako pointed out watch the codes blink.
