Re: 2dr to 4dr Accord bumper compatiblity
I believe that is actually a CG chassis Wings West lip on a stock bumper, with a modified grill area. The OEM sedan fogs give it away.
In Japan, they never had the CG chassis, they had a few different versions, the CF and CL chassis. The CF4/CL1 fronts do look similar to the picture you posted, but do have different headlight designs, and most importantly the bumper and fog lights are different.
CF4 front:
CL1 Euro R front:
But to answer your original question: If you want a CF/CL bumper on your 6th Gen, the easiest way will be to source one, then basically take an OEM bumper, and the JDM one to a body shop, and have them cut and mold the JDM bottom to the top of your OEM one so it mounts the same. If you use a USDM coupe bumper as the donor, then you'll obviously have to swap to a coupe hood, an whatever else is required. Or you can just go all out and get a whole CF4/CL1 front end and convert the whole front end. But that is much more money.
