I need some help please. I have a 2001 Honda accord lx v6 3.0, About a month ago I got error code and p0302, p0305. I had just gotten the car so I did a tune up replaced egr valve and all spark plugs and 1 ignition coil didn't seem to be working so then I replaced all 6 and spark plugs at the same time, then got got p1399 and p0301,p0302,p0303,p0304,,p0306 and so checked the ignition coils and another one of the new ones wasn't working so swapped it out and now all 6 are firing or sparking, then the next day the check engine light came back on but this time is flashing-which per internet means there is massive misfire and gas is going to cat coverter, now per research said could be fuel injector and we took all 6 out and cleaned them and they are spraying but 1 did not and so replaced that one and put all back together. when started the car you smell exhaust and there is a ruff idle, not as bad as it was, but still a ruff idle and the car seems to be ok but is little rough when driving and the check engine light is flashing still. I read the codes again and now I get p1399 and p0302,p0303,p0305. All ignition coils are sparking and there is power to them.
I need some help please I am not sure what else It can be if anyone could help I would appreciate it.

That is a tuff one for DIYer. You need a scope and somebody who knows how to use it.

Have you tried to read oxygen sensors data?

Are you sure that each coil and injector is connected to the right connector?
No connections got swapped by accident?

Have you checked valve adjustment and compression?
