1990 Dashboard Meters

1990 Dashboard Meters
Now I am no mechanic and I haven't the least bit of an idea how to repair anything.
I have a Honda that recently decided the: RPM, Mileage, Speedometer, and Gas meter would no longer move and in fact are just all resting at the bottom.
Along with this I am no longer receiving power to my windows, turn signals, and when I go to drive I now have to "unlock" with my key the automatic shifter when taking my car out of park and putting it into drive. So I am basically forced to drive a aluminum box that has headlights and moves until the purchase of a new vehicle (a 97 special edition Honda 2 door) is complete.
Recently I had my alternator replaced and since then my cruise control is no longer working. So I contributed that to my mechanic having not reconnected something correctly thinking that my cruise control was non functional which in reality I am HEAVILY dependent on it in my daily commute.
So I write to you all in hopes of information, advice .. so that if it is a simple, or inexpensive fix.... I can fix this because as of now I have NO turn signals, and I am gauging my speed solely on other vehicles rate of speed as well as HOPING I have a decent amount of gas left after the 10$ a day just in case scenario.
Sincerely,
--- The driver who's pet peeves are idiots that use no turn signals and speed.

Under-dash fuse No. 1 (10A) may be blown. If it is, replace it with the same amperage fuse, do not put in a higher amp.
If a new fuse blows right away, there may be a short in the circuits (for example, wire touching ground or another wire).
