My EJ1 back then
I've been meaning to take a recent engine bay pic, as I actually spent 5 minutes cleaning it, but for the most part my EJ1 is on the downward spiral towards retirement.

i was going to go look at an ae86 corolla to buy today and sell my ej1. but the thought to keep it and make it better was imprinted in my mind all day so that was my final decision.

Yeah the Wedsports stay on my EJ8 now a days, EJ1 is pinker than ever, peeling clear, worsening rust, etc...

since we're in subject of jibber jabber vs. udpates, thought I'd share a little of my updates as I've been hoarding parts for my EJ2 (sorry no EJ1 but there is no EJ2 thread 
)
Drove over to weaksauce and picked up the OEM Window visors / Function & Form Type I Coilovers & rear lower control arms (so now I can throw a sway bar on since my car is a DX)
Picked up some eGay headlights with amber corners for my FX35 retrofit I'm working right now (actually still waiting on the projectors)
Also installed the sp00m replica mirrors you see there... as the OEM ones that came on the car was broken as a muh fuqqa & of course my FrontYard Special lip there.
^^^ that's how the car looks now by the way Oh yah, also picked up that broadway mirror when I was at weaksauce
Reason car isn't lowered yet, getting ready to propose to my GF in the first weekend of October and if show knows i spent some money on the car, it's going to start an unnecessary fight about me spending money on the car when she doesn't know that I've already got the ring, got it sized and just waiting for that moment on our weekend anniversary trip
I've been dying to dump my **** on those coilovers for about 2 months now

everybody's cars are looking good. Beaver I have been a fan of your ej8 for awhile now. Who cares if it has stayed the same it's well put together. That purple coupe seems to be coming together and every time I talk to you you are gathering more parts. Oh and congrats on planning to get married hopefully everything goes smoothly.
