Some Progress

Its about 90% finished, still have some sanding and better fitting to do

The way it sits right now, a buck hit my car so the front end is wrecked but that is being repalced soon, with a new hood, front bumper, mugen front lip, hids's and jdm sidemarkers lol

It looks like that teg still has the black side markers and side skirt but the lip is obviously teal, do you have a side shot. Ive been wanting a type r or mugen lip and I want it painted but curious what it looks like with black side markers and skirts.

Yeah. Can the side moldings be removed and replaced easily? And Ive seen those thin side moldings for honda civics. Anyone have some on their tegs? Do they make them? haha Im just ansking random questions, nothing worth searching about but if you know off the top of your head it might help with ideas i have.

Tslaughter,

What brand lip is that? OEM or replica?

Also.......... If anyone is interested.... I'm looking for a straight trade: OEM hood for my JDMSHIT CF hood. The CF is still in great condition except the clearcoat may need to be repolished. It's in need of a little elbow grease to get the shine back.

Your OEM hood must be in great shape to trade. I don't wanna deal with refinishing or dent removal. Hit me up if you're interested guys.

I think teal has so much potential just because it's rare to see nice ones.

I ask about the thin side moldings because I dont like them. I plan on color matching them along with the side skirts and my spoiler and front lip when I buy them. But I cant find out if the side moldings are re attachable and if I can do it myself with my hands.

Ive been seeing a lot of people on here are in so cal. Im willing to make a drive to a worthy paint shop. Where should I check out or keep in mind in So Cal to color match my side molding, side skirt, front lip, spoiler, and possibly retouching the car paint. Tomorrows my day off and Ill be hitting the yellow pages but Id like another approach to the pages then "ok, smaller ads=wont rip me off".

the moldings tend to break when you remove them.

you can pull the moldings off, you have to take off you door panal, and try to pop out the clips from the inside by squeezing them together.

and for the peice of the molding on the quarter, you have to take off the rear interior panal and you can pop out the clips from the inside. i find this way works the easiest.
