Re: Post your Stock wheels slammed cars
The problem with the slammed cars thread is the fact that some (but not all) of the ppl who post or reply in there are so foused on what the car "looks" like, and look past the actual car height and suspension upgrades. THATS what its all aout...the height of the car. Its a SLAMMED thread, for christ's sake. But if you dont have the bling to go with it, some cars get overlooked. Ive seen plenty of cars in that thread that werent even slammed, but some ppl cant seem to look past the JDM bling, and high dollar wheels to actually realize that the car aint dumped.
And dont get me wrong, I love hot looks just as much as the next guy, but when I go in there to look at the cars, the first thing I look at is the car's height. I love seeing a Mugen'd, CCW'd, Sprint Hart'd or SSR'd out car and gets replies like, "damn your such-n-such is hot!", but the car has tons of daylight under it, LOL! But Lord forbid, someone post up a plain jane car on OEM wheels with the chassis centimeters from the ground, will less likely get love.
I LOVE the slammed cars thread, but the noobs that post in there (that f**k the thread up) need a sense of direction.

Re: Post your Stock wheels slammed cars
But it's common sense that if you have to say "I know it's not slammed....but", and then go on to post your car....you're an idiot.

uhm whatever fits and doesnt rub... If i had 16's I'd run like a 195/40/16's..assuming your are low enough to tuck them if not 45's are never bad. I need some 45 profile tires on my 15's so my **** stops rubbing.. 50 profile are just straight too big.

hmm.. if you rims are only 7" wide go with 195's will rub less and you can get a bit lower. If you can go lower?
duma, they are cheep but my tires are brand new so I'm not about to waste 300$ getting new tires mounted when I just bought mine like 4 months ago

Re: <<<POST YOUR SLAMMED CARS: PART 3>>>
yeah thats understandable. Sucks cause my tires were perfect, and the car was slammed and no camber wear, new owner got it, raised it up, ****ed up the alignment and killed the tires, now i have it back and no tires
