say a company has a workvan with their company name on it... They go out of state and a company with another workvan has the same company name and the decal on the truckl... They arent biting off eachother. You can have the sdame name for a company... As long as they are registered in a different state

this has nothing to do with a companies; but even then that example is a bad one since most company logos are NATIONALLY copyrighted.

yeah... same color way too no way it couldve been a coincidence that they got the exact same name & logo & colors and say they've never seen the coupe before. That coupes been everywhere for a long time now, whenever i see speed choppys i think of that coupe.

monty have never seen this brown coupe, thats right. after the evening, where the ideas grow up, he comes to me and tell me we need a sticker.
i thought that i have seen a logo "dod1", then i google and found only the coupe. then i have search for more and nothing found. so i have think that this just a sticker, not a crew me´mber decal or anything else.
so we printed out and put it on the car. by the way all cars from us use only one color and it is a little bit smaller.

what are you thinking now. that we are bad guys:D and where is the problem we are over 8000 miles away from the nor cal dsd1 crew. we will never see us.

what you just posted just proves you bit their crew name & logo. And im not saying you guys are "bad guys" but that its not cool to sport the same name & logo as the NorCal team who obviously had it first, since you said it yourself. And yeah, you guys are 8000 miles away & will never come face to face with the orig DSD1, but with the same logo & name, you guys portray that you are the same team, and anything you guys do/show/post w/ thier logo & name, will be tied to them even though you guys have no relations with eachother. I'm not saying you're going to or that you will, but if you guys do something bad you guys can start giving their crew a bad rep, Feel what im saying?

I mean, when you first posted i thought you were from the same crew and was like i know they got betta cars then that until you said you guys were from Germany and then realized you guys werent probably the same crew.

yes we are still around. just riding around badge-less and with other cars and bikes.

but like sjcivichb said. 2 different crews with the same name can bring a lot of heat. it has happened to us before. not telling you change anything. you do what you do, but we're not affiliated in any way.
