^^^Seems like the front of the car could be a little lower. If you lower the front a little more it would give the car a more aggressive stance.

We finally figured it out. He has an adjustable camber kit were the upper control arm bushing goes and it was hitting the shock tower so we had to do a little modification . Thanks to everyone who helped.
Question would a aftermarket upper control arm take care of this problem.

sounds like he already has a stock upper arm, but with the bushing-type camber adjusters like Ingall's brand. I think there is a seam under the fender well that most people just hammer up out of the way or something.
My personal choice would be to get rid of the camber kit. They're usually more trouble than they're worth anyway, and generally not needed as long as the car is aligned after changing the ride height.

I just took a quick glance at the wheels and thought they looked like 16".
The more I look at them they do look a little small to be 16".
