how does rpm's own starters? the starters not engaged all the time.....

 

Yeah that didnt make too much sense to me either. Unless maybe the motor is built and too high of a compression for that starter to handle for too many starts.

 

the only accessory rpm really kills is alternators. but starters arent touching the flywheel all the time, the shaft moves forward and engages the flywheel when you turn the key.

Exactly, I think maybe he has his parts crossed!

 

the shaft got stuck on the flywheel...stupid me decided to rev high hoping it would disengage and i fried it.

 

lol... well i guess now it makes sense

Just got finished w/ the cage...only did 6point, but i may consider doing a 8 w/ door bars?
