Haha, sux that my car is black, windows are broken so can't roll them down and my car is too slow to run ac- no 2nd gear either

 

here is my new DIY painted and shaved valve cover, ignore the dirty bay though. I havent cleaned her in a while.

 

i dont think it would be safe to run no header acctualy i think it can cause damage to the head. im not sure tho correct me if im wrong that is what i was told tho.

Umm like I said, I work in the industry and could get what you're trying to sell me plus a lot more for cheaper then what most people can get parts at retail. You wanna discuss this some more then do it through PM's cause we're flooding this thread.

any of you guys with these Carbon Fiber hatches, do you put in stock window or lexan? I was talking to a guy that owns a VW hatchback and said that he was cruising on the highway 80+MPH and his lexan window blew out of the hatch bc of the way the air flows around in the car i guess. Any known problems with the CF hatch?

it just wasnt done properly.

has nothing to do with the material used.

ive been on the highway when the same thing happened to a new dodge intrepid with new factory glass. 75mph and the rear glass pops out 3 car lengths in front of me, it flips up in the air, rotates, and i do a quick lane change and the thing pops into a million pieces right where my front end would have been in that lane.

for bad window "technicians"

 

now that would be ****** intense to just see a big *** ****** window flyin through the air at you.

 

i have the stock rear window and had it for a year now w/ no problems
