i know , i wanna know how he did that with the takatas . it doesnt look like its set up to mount on a harness bar.....</TD></TR></TABLE>
That bar you have is made to route the harness straps over. You're right though, that bar isn't made to attach the straps to.

nope... I have a nice clean jdm k20a here in NY
steve was supposed to trailer an ek with a K20a (mounted with ekk1 mounts) to John @ hytech so John can fit my header, T1R midpipe & hytech twinloop w/Karcepts shift kit do to clearance issues with shiftkit & header exh....spending all that $ on the exhuast - i didn't want it hacked up & wanted John to do it right
BTW john@hytech has all my parts except the t1r midpipe which steve has (thanks GARTH)
EDIT - just spent a couple hours working on design for custom brackets to mount the FG2 ('06 si) seats

negative . the harnesses should be mounted to the harness bar , not routed over like mine and yours.</TD></TR></TABLE>
actually his are mounted correctly. As long as you have a bar directly behind the seat that is close to even with the loops through the seat then it doesnt matter where you mount them. Obviously the more parallel to the loops in the seat the better though.
