Hmmm sounds like it will work, but it will be pushing it. I had a 16x8 +20 once and it stuck out by about a 3/4 inch (no tires, just the lip). Keep in mind you 5 lug hubs are +5 offset farther than OEM civics, so +35 on your car = +30 on a 4x100 setup

16x8 +24 on 5 lug and i want to go with wider lips

Oh yeah forgot to mention...that was with 0 camber. The more negative camber the easier it is to fit But I'm sure everyone knew that.
