Except the instructions don't say 1/8 NPT they say 1/8 PT which is NOT the same thing... PT in most all cases means BSPT which is the standard everywhere else other the the have to be different US. You can order the NPT fitting for the EGT probe from Defi if you really want to be proper... But I never had any problems w/o it.

i talked to a defi dealer, i guess there is the 1/8pt and 1/8 npt. he did state tht the 1/8pt is more likely for jdm defi and 1/8npt is for usdm defi.

More likely huh, that's the best he could do. lol If you have an international gauge that is read in bar then your fitting is PT not NPT. I am 100% sure on this information.

I think sprockets was selling a Defi 1/8 NPT EGT fitting on here at one point, good guy! If he does not have what you need contact EDO and they will hook you up.

And it was probably NPT. lol It's really, really hard to find BSPT stuff unless you order online. Mcmaster Carr has them for sure. You can expect to spend like 10-15$ most places since it is stainless and hard to find.

I was able to get the seat at the lowest setting, but that's TOO low for me, I could barely see outside the windshield, and I am 6' So set the rear to highest setting so I am up more straight. Still lower than my OMP Pista though.

Totally loving the new cockpit setup, steering wheel will get replaced with an old school 2 spoke design. Wood steering wheel is nice, but don't want to abuse it any longer than I have to.

I am currently rewrapping my other steering wheel, self stiching DIY kit of real leather (so they claim).

They made a wrong order and resend the correct one. I am gonna play with it tonight. Depending on your wheel size (grip diameter and overall diameter), my other one might fit yours.

I will post pic when I am done.</TD></TR></TABLE>

awesome, thanks!
