Yea. See, thay might have been able to arrest you, but the probable cause would never have held up in court. Never in a million years. SO, yea, it would gave sucked for you, but the cops who did it would have gotten demoted, and put on ****** trash duty or something... And the fucked up thing is that they know this, but will do it anyway because most people dont want to go thru the hassle of a lawsuit.

LOL, assuming you werent (i hope u werent ) they would have been able to give u field sobriety tests, much like tests for alcohol. And again, in the long run, they would be fucked for false arrest under improper cause, and you would be fine.
