yeah, or u can just drill a 3/4inch hole and weld in the nut, which is easier and safe if u weld all around, are you using flux welding or gas. aslong as u penetrate the weld man.

Well check this out, if the retractor wiggles it wont want to retract, it only retracts when it's on a certain angle, theres this little thing inside that keeps it from retracting if its wiggles or moves alittle ( safety). Aslong as it stays in a retractable position and can't move, i say do it. U know what im saying though?

Is it possible that your bulbs are blown? I remember i had the same problem but the second filament in the dual filament globe had blown. Which meant that it was still lighting up when the headlights where on, but when the second more heavy duty filament was required for braking it wouldnt become brighter.

As for the poor lighting I would suspect a poor ground wire? Have you checked all your grounds? Just an idea.
</TD></TR></TABLE>

whats the filament?? the brake light isnt hooked up to my brake lights, its to one of my license plate light
even if its poor ground, it would smoke my whole car?? vids are in my thread

Are your bulbs blown? Do you have the right amp fuse for each wiring circuit? Have you checked the main fuse box for the large boxy fuse if its good. Does it happen when the cars on or anytime.

</TD></TR></TABLE>

i checked the main fuse in the box, its good. how do i know the relay are bad? ill double check to see if its grounded, i was looking at it yesterday..yes i have the right amp fuses too. i dont think my bulbs are blown..i was looking at it yesterday too.

only happens when i turn my lights on, other than that i can drive at daytime fine

Just a local honda wrecker near my place.
He had a **** load of DA ones, but they were all vastly different. I just need to know which one looks best on our sedans...

Congrats dude.... so it's your round then eh? </TD></TR></TABLE>

Pfft, i dont get such royalties where i live, I could only dream of a Honda wrecker. And from memory there are 3 different DA lips? And again from memory, the facelifted 93~ model had lower sections near the corners of the bumper? I like how that looks. Also the old style square DA's look pretty cool how they flare out at the bottom.

And myefsedan: The filament is the small piece of wire that the the power runs across and lights up due to heat and light being given off. Like in a household light bulb, see the small piece of wire going across? Well if that breaks your lightbulb wont light up. And sorry i dont have time to watch your vid, ill check it out after work tonight.

And Knotto, do you know much about that rear window wiper on that sedan? Looks like it might be off of a prelude? I'd like to know how he got it to work (if it does work).

my efsedan Theres a ground inside your car for the main fuse box, its located by the steering wheel underneath bolted on with a 10mm bolt. look around that area theres a ground that groudns your fuse box. if its not that, i seriously wouldnt know.

Welcome to JDM.</TD></TR></TABLE> more like welcome to a ridiculously never ending build . I put 5 times more money into this car than what the blue book value is and im still not sure what i want, First i wanted the 89 zc front end, so i put it together, then i wanted the Jdm sedan front end but i decided it looks like a legend and got rid of it, so then i wanted ef9 and gott hat but sold it, and now i want it again.
